It is with pride we announce The First Tee of Southern Nevada 2009 Travel Team members!  Twelve of these junior golfers earned their right, through competing in our 2009 SNJGA Jr. Golf Tour, to represent Southern Nevada at some of the most prestigious competitive golf events in the Western United States.  Our young ladies and men will travel to one of the following tournaments:  Girls Jr. Americas Cup in Logan, Utah (GJAC), Boys Jr. America’s Cup in Murrieta, California (BJAC), Mary Cave Cup in San Diego, California (MC), and Eddie Hogan Cup in Portland, Oregon (HC).  TFTSN pays for all expenses for these Travel Teams including airfare, food, housing and required matching golf attire for every day of practice rounds and play during their events.

That’s not all!   In conjunction with the Valley View Golf Club, members of TFTSN who are also members of Valley View, have the opportunity to play in the Western States Junior Golf Tournament.  This year 25 junior golfers will travel to Portland, Oregon to compete in a field of about 300.  They are: Nicolas Bible,

 Jay Singharath, Tiger Souksengdao, Jordyn Syler, Almira Wilborn, John Wilborn, and Maalik Wilborn.
