The First Tee of Southern Nevada (TFTSN) annually offers scholarships to its present members. The following scholarships are provided from the TFTSN/Jim Colbert Las Vegas Founders Jr. Golf Scholarship Fund: the Wal-Mart Scholarship, the Jimmy Pettyjohn Scholarship, the Mike Maddux Scholarship, and the Bobby McCrary Scholarship. Recipients must plan to attend an accredited college or technical institution in the United States. Those applicants who have received a full scholarship to any college or university are not eligible for this scholarship. Those applicants who have been recruited by a college must check with their respective coaches and inform them of the amount of this scholarship before accepting it.
